Joana Reis

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 1987.

Working with RGA since May 2020.

Joana is especially dedicated to the areas of civil law, family and minors law, succession law, commercial law and litigation.

Practicing Law in her own law firm since 1987, she was a founding partner of the law firm Reis & Associates RL.

Trainer of the Portuguese Bar Association from 1993 to 2018, in the areas of Civil Procedural Practice and Juvenile Law.

Member of the District Council of the Porto Bar Association and President of the Bar Association's Internship Center in Porto, in the trienniums 1996/1998 and 2002/2004.

Academic Background:

Degree in Law, from the Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University in 1985.

Attended postgraduate degree in Company Law at Coimbra University in 2000/2001.

Course and professional license as Enforcement Agent at Solicitors And Enforcement Agents National Association in 2011.

Advanced Training Course in "Freedoms in life and by death - the donation and the will" - Centre for Social Studies at the University of Coimbra in September 2020.

Brief Post-Graduation on the "Regime of the Accompanied Major" - University of Coimbra in November 2020.
