Gonçalo is especially dedicated to the areas of insolvency and company recovery, civil and tax litigation.

Regularly intervenes in legal proceedings relating to insolvent companies in which recovery plans have been approved, representing and monitoring insolvent companies and credit recovery, providing the necessary legal accompaniment during the course of the process.

With regard to the insolvency of individuals, equally provides legal assistance during the course of the judicial proceeding, which may occur through the presentation of a payment plan, or through the figure of exoneration of the remaining liabilities, also with high rates of success.

He is also linked to civil and tax litigation, already with extensive experience in these areas.

Degree in Law, from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in 1989.

Diplome D’Etudes Approfondies in Droit des Affaires et de L’Economie, from Université de Paris I, Pantheon, Sorbonne, in 1990.
